Role Overview
The Creative Specialist will drive the design and visual storytelling of FIP’s global initiatives. This role focuses on developing impactful, brand-aligned visuals and multimedia assets to support campaigns, reports, events, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities

Design digital and print materials (reports, infographics, presentations, social media graphics, campaign assets).

Develop creative concepts for global campaigns, events, and member engagement initiatives.

Ensure all visual content reflects FIP’s brand identity and messaging.

Create multimedia content (short videos, animations, visuals) to increase online engagement.

Collaborate with the editorial team to pair visuals with compelling narratives.

Maintain and update brand guidelines as FIP’s creative needs evolve.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Media, or related field.

3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in international or NGO settings.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and brand consistency.

Knowledge of digital platforms, social media trends, and multimedia storytelling.

Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
