The FIP Publishers Meet, organized by the Federation of Indian Publishers and held during the New Delhi World Book Fair (NDWBF) 2025, was a resounding success, bringing together some of the most influential voices from the Indian publishing industry.  The event provided a vibrant platform for dialogue, collaboration, and strategic exchange.  Industry leaders engaged in thought-provoking discussions on key trends shaping the publishing landscape, including policy reforms, distribution challenges, digital transformation, and emerging business models. The meet also addressed the evolving needs of readers and explored innovative ways to strengthen the publishing ecosystem in India.

A highlight of the session was a special presentation by the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), offering valuable insights into the platform’s potential to enhance procurement and access for publishers and highlighting new opportunities for government engagement.  The meet also served as a fantastic networking platform, fostering collaboration among publishers, policymakers, and technology partners.
