Role Overview

The Creative Specialist will drive the design and visual storytelling of FIP’s global initiatives. This role focuses on developing impactful, brand-aligned visuals and multimedia assets to support campaigns, reports, events, and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print materials (reports, infographics, presentations, social media graphics, campaign assets).

  • Develop creative concepts for global campaigns, events, and member engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure all visual content reflects FIP’s brand identity and messaging.

  • Create multimedia content (short videos, animations, visuals) to increase online engagement.

  • Collaborate with the editorial team to pair visuals with compelling narratives.

  • Maintain and update brand guidelines as FIP’s creative needs evolve.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Media, or related field.

  • 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in international or NGO settings.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and brand consistency.

  • Knowledge of digital platforms, social media trends, and multimedia storytelling.

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
